The willingness of universities and local ministries to implement the Accessibility Centre and the strong cooperation with the local computer centres of universities is essential. The main goal is to build new five Accessibility Centres and to develop the three existing Accessibility Centres. In this part of the project the purchase of equipment to facilitate the equal and accessible study will be performed. This task requires the purchase of equipment for the physically disabled, visually impaired and hearing impaired. Establishment of the new Accessibility Centres requirements: in addition to training of staff of the centre for counselling, monitoring, and coaching of students with disabilities, there is a need to arrange premises and purchase of technology solutions which will enable equal study.
